Use of Service
Leaps provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that enables content leaders, professionals, and teams to collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), create content briefs, and streamline content creation. Your use of the service is subject to these terms.
Account Registration
When registering an account with Leaps, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Leaps collects, stores, and uses your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using Leaps, you consent to such collection, storage, and use.
Content Creation and Ownership
The content, briefs, and outlines created through Leaps remain the property of the content leader, team, or user who generated them. Leaps does not claim ownership over any content you create or upload.
SME Interactions
You understand that interactions with SMEs are subject to their availability and willingness to participate. Leaps is not responsible for any issues arising from SME engagement, content accuracy from SMEs, or any other related matters.
Payment and Billing
Leaps’ pricing is outlined on our website. By using the platform, you agree to pay the applicable fees based on your selected plan. Payment terms and options are specified during the checkout process.
Refunds
Per Leaps’ policy, we do not offer partial or full refunds.
Leaps reserves the right to alter, pause, or terminate access to our hosted services at any moment without prior notice or reimbursement, should we ascertain a breach of our Terms of Service. Accounts that are terminated will not be granted any partial credits.

Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Leaps platform and related materials are owned by or licensed to us. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, or create derivative works based on our platform.
Limitation of Liability
Leaps is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free. In no event shall Leaps be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the platform.
Termination
Leaps reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion, without notice, for any reason, including breach of these terms. We will, however, try to provide you with advance notice prior to our terminating your account so that you are able to retrieve any important content you may have uploaded to your account, but we may not do so if we determine that it would be impractical, illegal, not in the interest of someone’s safety or security, or otherwise harmful to the rights or property of Leaps.
Additionally, you have the right to terminate your account at any time. You can exercise these rights via your account settings or email info@leapshq.com and we will help you terminate your account.
Governing Law
We’re currently building from Nigeria, but also working on moving operations and jurisdiction to the United Kingdom (UK). Hence, these Terms and Conditions are currently governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. But once we move to the UK, this will change and we will notify you.
Changes to Terms
Leaps may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of any material changes through our website or by email. Additionally, your continued use of the platform after any such changes signifies your acceptance of the modified terms.
