Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our platform.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Leaps (a product of Premium Content Shop), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our platform.

Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Leaps. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You may invite unlimited team members to collaborate within your account. Each team member should have their own login and must comply with these Terms.

Use of Service

You may use Leaps to collect and organize insights from yourself or from subject matter experts (SMEs) you collaborate with. You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to collect, input, or upload any content into the platform.

You may not:

• Use Leaps to impersonate any individual or submit content without appropriate consent.
• Use the Service for any unlawful or abusive purpose.

Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain full ownership of all content you or your collaborators input into Leaps, including but not limited to expert contributions, transcripts, outlines, social posts, and other outputs created through the platform. We do not claim ownership over any input or output content created or uploaded through your use of Leaps.

By using Leaps, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display your content solely to provide the services you request. This license ends when the content is deleted from your account or your account is closed.

No Internal Use or Reuse

We do not reuse, access, or analyze your content for internal training, development, marketing, or for the benefit of any other customer. We do not anonymize or aggregate your content for any secondary use. Your data stays within your account and your control.

Leaps Platform IP

All rights, title, and interest in the Leaps platform, including but not limited to its software, features, design, and brand assets, are owned by Leaps or its licensors. This does not include any content you create or input into the platform. You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, or otherwise misuse any part of the Leaps platform.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Leaps collects, stores, and uses your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Responsibility for Content

You are solely responsible for the content you or your collaborators submit to Leaps. We do not verify the ownership or accuracy of your inputs. If you choose to share or publish content generated in Leaps, you are responsible for ensuring that it complies with applicable laws and does not infringe any third-party rights.

Expert Interactions

You understand that interactions with Expert are subject to their availability and willingness to participate. Leaps is not responsible for any issues arising from Expert engagement, content accuracy from experts, or any other related matters.

Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds

Leaps operates on a subscription model. All fees are clearly outlined at the point of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. We do not offer refunds.

Leaps reserves the right to alter, pause, or terminate access to our hosted services at any moment without prior notice or reimbursement, should we ascertain a breach of our Terms of Service. Accounts that are terminated will not be granted any partial credits.

Termination and Deletion

You may delete any project or content at any time from within your account. You may also request full account deletion by emailing us at [email protected]. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within a reasonable timeframe.

Leaps reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion, without notice, for any reason, including breach of these terms. We will, however, try to provide you with advance notice prior to our terminating your account so that you are able to retrieve any important content you may have uploaded to your account, but we may not do so if we determine that it would be impractical, illegal, not in the interest of someone's safety or security, or otherwise harmful to the rights or property of Leaps.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the Service.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lagos, Nigeria. However, we recognize the global nature of our user base and are open to resolving disputes in a mutually agreed-upon jurisdiction or through alternative dispute resolution methods, including arbitration, in a location that is convenient and acceptable to both parties.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes materially impact your rights or use of the platform, we will provide reasonable advance notice, such as via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance.
